Helping Families Reduce Conflict, Create Meaningful, Lasting Change
B.A., UCLA | M.A. in Marriage & Family Therapy | Summa Cum Laude
As both a professional and a parent, I understand the challenges families face when navigating ADHD, anxiety, executive functioning difficulties, emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, and the daily realities of family life. My goal is to help families move beyond frustration and create practical systems that foster confidence, connection, independence, and lasting change.
I help parents, teens, young adults, athletes, and families better understand what is happening beneath the behavior so they can create meaningful and lasting change. My work focuses on ADHD, OCD, anxiety, executive functioning, emotional regulation, family systems, parenting strategies, and helping families build practical systems that work in everyday life.
Most families are not looking for more information. They are looking for answers they can actually use. They want less conflict, more cooperation, stronger relationships, and a clearer path forward. Through coaching, education, practical tools, workshops, articles, newsletters, and my podcast, I help families develop the skills and structure necessary to thrive at home, in school, in sports, and in life.

My Story
For much of our son’s life, the information, language, and practical support that families have today were not readily available to me. Years ago, many parents were handed labels, confusion, or vague advice, but very few were given a clear roadmap for understanding ADHD, executive functioning, emotional regulation, anxiety, and the impact these challenges can have on the entire family system.
Like many parents, I spent years trying to understand behaviors that did not make sense on the surface. I watched a bright, talented, capable young person struggle with things that seemed easy for everyone else. I worried about his future, questioned my parenting, and often felt like I was piecing together answers on my own.
What I eventually learned changed everything.
Many of the challenges families face are not the result of laziness, lack of motivation, or poor character. More often, they are connected to how the brain processes information, manages emotions, organizes tasks, handles transitions, and responds to stress. Once I began to understand what was happening beneath the behavior, I was able to approach parenting differently.
That journey ignited a passion that eventually became my life’s work.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and later completed my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, graduating Summa Cum Laude. More importantly, I combined my professional training with the lived experience of raising a neurodivergent child into a thriving young adult.
Today, I help parents, teens, young adults, athletes, couples, and families understand what is happening beneath the behavior so they can stop fighting symptoms and start creating solutions. My approach combines family systems thinking, executive functioning strategies, emotional regulation skills, and practical tools that families can use in everyday life.
I created The Path To Peace Therapy and The Path To Peace Therapy Podcast because I wanted families to have access to the information, tools, and support I wish had been available to me years ago.
If there is one thing I have learned, it is this: meaningful change is possible. With the right support, families can reduce conflict, strengthen relationships, build confidence, and create a path toward greater peace at home.
That belief is at the heart of everything I do.
